This spindle is 24,000 rpm, 750W HFS IQ system is designed for high-speed milling, drilling and engraving operations. It is especially well suited for cutting and precision work, even in hard metals such as stainless steel.
This is a bolt on option for the IS6,7,8000 IQ standard range of engraving routers. This system integrates into the existing MEPB control system, automatically controlling spindle on/off commands. Rotational speed is controlled (5,000 - 24,000 RPM) using the existing IS hand control dial. Requires 1 bar of clean compressed air for cooling and bearing purge.
This unit is 240 volt (may be operated using a properly sized 120V to 240V step up converter).
