This plan includes up to 8 Hours onsite installation & orientation.
A Gravotech representative will come to your location for 8 hours.
During this visit our technician will:
- Help set-up the machine
- Load and configure software and drivers on your PC
- Provide general guidance to your operator on Gravostyle/ABC Software. This includes: Familiarization of the tools required to perform your specific application
- How to use these tools to create a job
- How to run a job
- Work with operators to practice and assist them while they run jobs
For rotary, understanding of cutters and how to set them.
For laser, understanding focus and driver settings.
