The Automatic Plate Feeder (APF) greatly increases productivity in small sign, tag, rating plate and name badge applications.
Operators may load batches of tags (up to 195 plates) into the hopper, setup or import the engraving data, start the engraving cycle and walk away. The system will sequence through the batch applying unique data as programmed.
Compatible with IS400 MEPB series and M40 Deep Vice engravers running from Gravostyle 6 or newer software.
Compatible plate size range - Min. 0.8" x 0.6", Max. 4.7" x 3.8", thickness range .05" to .15" (material dependent).
To feed properly, material should be rigid, flat and without burrs.
